It’s hard to get good customer service these days but Stam and Donna from the Albert Park store were just the best. Proper top shelve customer service. Just wanted to give them a review, well done ladies and thank you :)
I cannot recommend this store enough purely to experience the kindness and helpfulness of narrelle and sim. Went in with a friend yesterday and we both couldn’t believe how friendly they were. They were so helpful and truly so kind, we have never had an experience like that, we still are in awe of these ladies. Seed if you see this please give these ladies a raise!
I went to Albert park seed yesterday with some friends and the service from both Narelle and Sim gave us was priceless. They were so warm and welcoming and so helpful and knowledgeable of everything. I got the perfect sunglasses and I walked out happier than ever. Will definitely be coming back soon
Went to seed today in Albert park and was served and looked after by Sim she was so warm and the most lovey person . If only they had customer service like that these days. I honestly looked at things that I didn’t even think would suit me and next thing I was feeling so confident I wish I could take her home to help me style. She was so easy-going nonjudgemental and I felt like I was having a fun shopping experience, which I don’t usually have thank you so much sim.
