Fantastic staff, Thank you
Shocking service every time .. I don’t understand why they make the customer line up at the counter to check for à size, Then send customer back to 1st staff member to look for the size.. Customer service is dead! 19/3/26 7:30pm I also heard a customer asked for a gift box for à present and the staff said “I don’t have time” 😳
I came in the other day on Tuesday 13th one of the workers who helped me on the counter was so lovely I believe her name was Julie she still had a smile on her face whilst it was busy.
I visited the store on Saturday 10/1/25 between 2pm -2:05pm I specifically went into the store with a top in mind however the girls behind the front counter where too busy with there own in depth personal conversation. One was specifically carrying on about how she was angry that someone hadn’t had a conversation with her and said well they should at least let me know if I she a written warning. 0 acknowledgement that I was even in the store. Is customer service dead?
A big thank you to the team at Seed, Epping! Did a big chunk of my Xmas shopping and they went above and beyond to have everything wrapped beautifully for me. A special mention to Lauren who was an absolute gem! Amazing service all round
