Very unpleasant store experience. Will not walk in here again. Very sour.
Very unpleasant experience in store this afternoon. Customer Service people very unhelpful and rude. Continued to critique my purchases even after I bought 3 items and they were packaging my products and payment - unbelievable! I’m a regular customer and have only experienced good service at the store, but in future, I would be hesitant to return to the store if either of these two customer people were serving.

Poppy the manager and the staff were so helpful .I could not have had better service.
After reading the other reviews I am surprised that the store manager’s behaviour towards customers has not improved at all! She was very unfriendly and unhelpful to everyone she was serving. I guess the only thing she wears more than once to work is a sour expression. The store itself is cramped and cluttered. Even then the range is quite poor. I am only adding 1 star as the other assistant was less cold. Avoid- there are other Seed boutiques not too far away where the shopping experience is much better.
