I’m a mere male dad, who came into today with my 11 year old daughter Sienna. We were looking for an appropriate outfit for her to wear to school interviews on Monday. Went into today to get a mother day present and was actually shocked by how rude an older sales assistant was being to some customers . There were a few men who came in asking for stuff and she pretty much scuffed at them and said nope sold out ages ago amongst other stuff. She looked so annoyed that the store was a bit busier than usual. Left and shopped else wear
My mother and I were in the shop for around 10 minutes and none of the 3 sales assistants could be bothered to greet either of us. Very disappointing.
Terrible customer service. The lady today laughed at my wife for purchasing an online item via afterpay when trying to exchange a size. Its not nice to belittle customers.
