I had a wonderful shopping experience. The collection was trendy and of great quality, and the staff were welcoming and happy to help. The store was neat and easy to browse. I’m looking forward to shopping here again

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from Zoe. When I raised a concern and sought assistance, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than listened to and addressed professionally. As a manager, I expected a higher level of customer care, empathy, and willingness to help resolve the issue. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and unsupported. From all the seed store i have visited, this is the only store where staff made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Seed has beautiful fabrics and pieces, but maybe some attitude training to some staff can be helpful in this store. Never had any issues with other stores.

I love the products and own many pieces from different collections as the sizing fits me well. However, the customer service is very inconsistent. Today was especially disappointing, I went in intending to purchase a black bag (I already own it in beige) and also found a skirt that I liked. But the team member was unwilling to assist and came across as quite rude, so I decided not to make any purchases and left.
