I visited this store on Friday, 13 February 2026 at around 5:30pm and was extremely disappointed with the service. The lady working there was very rude and unprofessional. My friend was simply browsing the clothes, and the staff member followed her closely and immediately refolded every single item she touched. It felt uncomfortable and unnecessary, like we were being monitored instead of welcomed as customers. Monnie was super helpful. Absolutely stellar experience, the best out of all the Seed stores in Sydney.
The clothes immediately shrank in water and was super uncomfortable!
