The customer service was so disappointing! Found a dress had makeup all over it and asked for assistance with the dress. I got attitude and looked up and down for the sizing. Awful service should never be treated that way over a question. Also double check the dresses, there are makeup stains on the knit fabrics and they will tell you it can come out in the wash but will charge you full price and tell you it can come out in the wash when it’s clearly more than just a mark
The staff follow you around as if you’re a felon
Such a bad customer service there! I bought a gift for Xmas there and asked for a gift wrapping. The cashier told me that they don’t offer gift wrapping unless I make a donation … that’s ridiculous! No one should be blackmailed into making a donation…
I went in to exchange an item I’d ordered online as it was faulty. The staff made it so easy with no dramas and were incredibly helpful - they even put my size aside to come in later in the day. Thanks Seed Broadway!
