I am so disappointed On Thursday, I visited your store and tried on a dress in size 6, but it was too small. I asked for a size 8, and the staff member told me it was not available, without offering any assistance. I then asked if she could check other stores. She said that Miranda had three in stock. I asked if she could please call the Miranda store to confirm, as it is quite far from me, but she declined and said there were definitely three available. If you need assistance I suggest you dont shop at SEED Burwood . 3 staff members today around 1pm , one at the front steaming clothes and two others roaming around chatting about what stock they like and don’t like. The woman with the long dark hair made eye contact briefly and scurried off out the back somewhere. I did a few laps of the store, not one smile not one hello . I walked out with nothing . I purchased my weekend outfit elsewhere
Check for tags before leaving! Products are from a mix of Seed, David Jones and Myer with tags in all different places. I asked to double check for tags because i live 2 hours away. Unfortunately this giant Myer tag was missed 😭
Some of the nicest retail staff I have met. Very helpful, warm and welcoming with fantastic store deals! A middle aged women with short brown curly hair (I believe is the store manager) was incredibly helpful and lovely.
Extremely terrible "customer service" from one sales lady in particular who was working there on 27 July 2023. Have encountered this lady before - who was also rude the past time. Will never shop at the Birkenhead store again.
