Maaf hanya karna saya Asian dan berhijab, kasir wanita tua beruban begitu dingin dengan saya. Ketika dengan customer lain tersenyum dan mempacking pakaiannya dengan paper, giliran saya tidak ada itu packing dengan paper hanya baju yg dimasukan ke paper bag saja. Saya bukan sekali 2 Kali membeli merek ini, saya tau bagaimana standar packing pakaian untuk pembelian offline. Shame on you. Pantes toko nya sepi.
Horrible staff
The lady at Seed store (maybe manager) with glasses is so rude and arrogant. All she wanted was to meet her targets there was no intention to provide value to the customer. She needs to learn how to respect customers and how to look above meeting KPIs. Just a quick tip that if you are going through things in personal life that doesn’t mean you have to take your anger out on random people. Such a waste of time and money to shop from a place which doesn’t value its customers.
