The lady at Seed store (maybe manager) with glasses is so rude and arrogant. All she wanted was to meet her targets there was no intention to provide value to the customer. She needs to learn how to respect customers and how to look above meeting KPIs. Just a quick tip that if you are going through things in personal life that doesn’t mean you have to take your anger out on random people. Such a waste of time and money to shop from a place which doesn’t value its customers.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Seed Heritage Pitt Street branch. Ellie was helpful and approachable, creating a smooth and seamless experience. She promptly assisted me in finding exactly what I needed, and I truly appreciated her excellent customer service.
