I felt really bad to write this because I shop at seed very regularly, but the service I received in the store was so confronting. I did not feel comfortable shopping in here at all, they greeted other customers around me but not me, I made a decently big purchase there and wanted to talk to them about the styles and some outfits I wanted to put together but the lady didn’t even reply to me.. it was so awkward and not my favourite experience for sure..
I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Samantha at The Glen Seed store yesterday. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was seamless and enjoyable. Her attentiveness, friendliness, and eagerness to assist with every detail truly distinguish your store. This level of service is akin to what one would expect from a high-end luxury establishment. Please convey my gratitude to Samantha.
Monday 1:15PM - I went in store to see what was new. There were two sales associates behind the counter chatting. Looked at me, but did not acknowledge that I was there- they continued chatting. I was looking at a pair of pants and was holding them up against me in the mirror to see what they would potentially look like. One of the sales associates walked straight past me to another customer and asked if she needed help. There was absolutely no way I would be purchasing from this store with the service I received !
