Today I visited Seed Watertown to buy some comfortable pants because of my broken foot. Even though the store was closed, the two girls working there on Friday night were so kind, helpful and considerate of my situation. They let me come in and even said “take your time” so I wouldn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable while shopping. Their kindness and understanding truly meant a lot to me, and I’m really grateful to them. Otherwise, with my difficult condition, I would have had to come all the way back again another time.
I had an excellent experience thanks to Emma. Even at closing time, she was incredibly patient and took the time to help me find the perfect dress for my wife. She was professional, friendly, and never made me feel rushed. Her helpful attitude and dedication to great service really stood out. Emma went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right.
Walked past at 10AM and it says it’s open but no one was seen inside so I then came back just before 11 with my baby and it was only me in the store. Neither of the two girls acknowledged me and I was in there for atleast 5 minutes. They were just talking to each other and couldn’t say a quick hi or if I needed a hand. Love seed but that visit made me want to walk out and not buy anything so I did that Please hire people that do their job
Update your opening hours.. arrived at 515pm and was told it was shut
Exceptional Customer Service! The ladies at Seed Excellence went above and beyond to help me — nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience a real pleasure. It’s so nice to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!
