Penny (women’s section) and Tonia (Kid’s section) had been wonderful in helping me the purchase over the last two days. Tonia even liaised with other shops and asked the staff to hold the specific items for me. They are fantastic and I would highly recommend to shop in Chatswood Chase Seed Heritage!
Very disappointed to walk into the Chatswood store amidst the new public orders for covid to see: 1) no QR code check in, 2) the lady at the desk not wearing a mask, which was fine as she remembered on seeing me with mine BUT as I was browsing she received a phone call where she stated at the top of her voice how much she hated wearing a mask and it was ridiculous she had to. Absolutely beautiful customer service. I have been trying to track down a couple of jumpers and I wasn’t able to contact some stores as the numbers weren’t working. The staff were extremely helpful and so patient - I would highly recommend buying from here to support this store
