Had a great experience in store, both of the ladies working helped me in selecting some new outfits! The sales were great as well!
Worst customer service in history!!!! They price things wrong then talk disrespectfully to you when you question it. They are horrible & shouldn’t be in retail. Shop elsewhere!
I prefer not to leave negative feedback, however, it seems that there is a recurring pattern of poor customer service here which would benefit some attention. It is Saturday 24th May 2025. I called the store to make sure I was able to exchange a pair of shoes (was informed this was fine to do without the box, as the sale assoc had asked at time of purchase whether I would like the box or not )... If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting customer service from the lady at the change rooms today- miserable people really do age horribly, try and smile it’ll distract people from your horrible personality.
