Hands down the best ever in store experience with team Kylie & Jade 🤩 They both went out of their way to provide the greatest shopping experience on our visit to their Sorrento store recently. I love Seed clothing, shoes and accessories. The junior staff are lovely in this store, however the manager and older staff lack common courtesy. Today I went in to look at shoes. The staff member was arranging clothing next to me and did not acknowledge me, yet when 2 women walked in they received a cherry greeting. Good customer service is not only a useful sales tool, it is a gauge of human decency. Unfortunately over the past couple of years Seed Sorrento has shown to they do not meet this standard.
We had the most amazing service in store today. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Sophie for going above and beyond to assist!
