I have shopped at many retails stores and Seed Heritage is most definitely one of my favourites to shop at, i have frequently been shopping at the one at chermside and the service and friendly matter a staff that has given me just keeps me wanting to go shop there! i believe her name was Tash, she’s pretty new since i have never seen her beforehand but she is a lovely lady, and her service is amazing with her product knowledge.
Amazing servic, The shop is set out with space that I could walk around with my pram! Baby and toddler clothes at the moment are absolutely adorable.. We love SEED
Today I had absolutely outstanding customer service by Angelina in the Chermside store. She was friendly and genuinely willing to help me. It is very rare to come across someone as professional and dedicated to giving exceptional service. Angelina is a true asset to the store. Thankyou for your help and honesty with choosing the perfect outfit for me today!

I actually felt intimidated when visiting the store today. The woman worked there had no smile or greetings, just a cold face and said “what’s happening with you”, so rude and unnecessarily intimidating. I felt like I am dealing with a mean teacher instead of a shop helper. Please adjust your attitude old lady:(
