Waited 25 minutes before giving up on a Saturday for the store to reopen, a sign on the store saying “Break time come back soon”.
Cutest clothes but sadly the worst customer service
I had a very special customer service experience at Seed North Sydney where Nadia went over an above in wrapping up a present for a special occasion. She was very helpful and genuine with her advice, while I was confused between two products. Thanks Nadia and Seed North Sydney!
Never open on time on saturdays. Customer service doesn’t exist. However very convenient especially for baby gift.
