Arrived to the store (women's clothes) at 8.54 am this Saturday to buy some presents for my sister and Mum and was waiting for more than 20 min alone with 2 other customers. I waited until 9.20 am but the store was still closed. Disappointed..
Just received the best customer service! The lady at the counter was so friendly and helpful. Perfect spot to buy gifts from.
Waited 25 minutes before giving up on a Saturday for the store to reopen, a sign on the store saying “Break time come back soon”.

I had a very special customer service experience at Seed North Sydney where Nadia went over an above in wrapping up a present for a special occasion. She was very helpful and genuine with her advice, while I was confused between two products. Thanks Nadia and Seed North Sydney!
