tried calling this store multiple times over several days and didn't get through not once - poor customer service.
On Sunday 9th November I was assisted by the lovely young lady Melina who provided me with exceptional customer service. Melina was friendly, efficient and happy to assist. The store was extremely busy, however Melina went to the off site to obtain me the correct size of the garment I was wanting to purchase. Thank you ⭐️
Zero service. Staff look uninterested. Seemed to pick and choose who they would greet and offer assistance to.
I think this store is alright. I will admit the things are on the more expensive side. The staff were quite nice
I wish I could give this shop zero stars. After reading the other one-star reviews, I completely agree with them. It's unfortunate that a store manager can affect the reputation of the brand and ruin the shopping experience - Seed doesn't deserve this. Avoid THIS Seed store at all costs.
