i was at karrinyup the other day at seed and a lady with black long hair had terrible customer service skills. I was expecting more from such a lovely store but was sadly disappointed.
Poor customer services. The one of the lady didn’t give chance for customer to select the size and was rude. Didn’t enjoy shopping in
What’s not to love about the staff here. Couldn’t be more helpful and even better - it was sale time. Loads of recommendations by the staff. Change rooms a good size, well lit and comfortable.
Bought my daughter sandals that started to fall apart one week of use. Tried to rerun them and was told this is due to normal wear and tear and would not honour an exchange. Yesterday 23/12 at lunch time I went in looking for a navy sandle in my size, all the ladies were busy except this young girl who casually walked past me and clearly saw me looking for some help but reacted very dismissively. After a while of wait, she came back to me to tell me they didn't have them in stock which I knew they had. I checked inventory before I drove down there. She didn't offer to have an other look on the floor but tried to send me to Myer which I knew they didn't stock Seed shoes as I just came from Myer. ... read more
