Employees look at you like you cant afford anything in the store and speak down to you. Terrible customer service

Customer service provided yesterday by Amy was wonderful, gift wrapped a small gift without being asked and was presented beautifully. She saved us time and money, a credit to her store!
Shop and goods are fine overall. But service lagging. Couldn’t have been slower at the counter on the Friday evening. You’re there to work and serve customers, not to chitchat.
Looks like a candy shop.
