Customer service is poor and rude
Horrible customer service and company policies! Stay away!
The most rudest customer care consultant I’ve ever come across in my life , her name is Karen she spoke to me like I was useless her attitude has a lot to be improved on. She basically accused me of lying, then went back to listen to the previous call and apologised because I was right. Now I understand why the reviews for Seed Heritage are 1 star , what an amazing team when you’ve got shocking consultants working in customer care
I have bought so many items from seed each year, this was my first return and I could only get an exchange, no store credit. Welcome back to the 1990s. No more purchases from this brand ever again
