Really not impressed with what I assume was the store manager, an older lady with glasses and mahogany hair. She ignored all other customers to favour one particular one, even bringing her in front of me when I was waiting in line to be served when they had not even started her transaction. Then rather than solely assist this woman, she also got the younger girls to go and fetch the items from around the store or from out the back rather than going and doing it herself. Older thin woman with dirty blonde hair and glasses was quite okay with ignoring me for a majority of my time in the store. Turns out weight is a judgement and I wasn’t getting help because I was being judged on a size 14-16. That’s fine I won’t shop there again.
If i could rate 0 stars I would. The lady staff’s attitude is the worst I’ve seen, and to see this at Seed, a high quality fashion house is extremely disappointing. I had picked up some Letter Bracelets that had plastic packaging as Christmas gifts for friends. Upon checking out, the middle aged staff struggled to scan the code that may have been covered by the bracelet chains, so she continuously slammed the product in hopes to get rid of the chains. Says the store closes at 5 pm on Sundays. Went at 4 pm and everything was closed up. Misleading.
