I went into Bondi Junction today to purchase a few items, and the staff at seed (Sabrina and Leah) were so helpful and attentive!
Today 16/10/25 we visited your store at Bondi Junction and bought a number of baby clothes. We were impressed by Mariana's amazing assistance to all our queries and questions we had. She was very knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to help us out. Mariana's customer service was exceptional, outstanding and should be commended. Thank you Georgia Frangos.

THE WORSE customer service we have experienced for years! When we want to return a few items we bought online, Sabrina clearly not in the mood to help and starting to give excuses like not sure if the system is working and then told us it would take a few days to reach your bank depend on your economic situation, treating us like some idiots. We have literally bought and returned stuffs with Seeds hundreds of times. We’ve NEVER experienced such horrible customer service!
I arrived at this store 5:43 today with the intention of checking a cardigan I was looking for. Sadly was greeted by a staff member who gave me a long glare and turned to another staff member right away asking “should we close the doors”. I would have rather appreciated if she said “we are nearly closed” upfront than being rude.
