Love the amount of stock at this store, but don’t turn up at 9am expecting it to be open. I’ve been a number of times recently and it’s always open 5-10 mins late while staff stand around talking.

Surprised to read these reviews! I’ve shopped here frequently, including today, and always experienced lovely interactions with the staff. I prefer not to be waited on hand and foot when I’m clothes shopping; I’m more of a ‘if I need you I’ll come and ask you’ person so perhaps that’s the difference. My husband and I had a lovely chat and a laugh today with the sales assistant when we were paying. She was terrific! She had on a lovely denim jacket thing that I complimented her on. Very rude woman who served me, glasses & mahogany hair & I’d say in her 50’s. She spoke to me like I was dirt on her shoe looking down her nose at me.. I’d gone in as her Indoorphilly store had sent me a cardigan with a hole in it when I’d ordered via the website so I was bringing it back for an exchange for one without a hole…! She didn’t even apologise, instead she said she’d refund as she had no stock of that specific cardigan, I’m sure she could have ordered one in for me but no she refunded me as I’d paid with Afterpay ... read more
Really not impressed with what I assume was the store manager, an older lady with glasses and mahogany hair. She ignored all other customers to favour one particular one, even bringing her in front of me when I was waiting in line to be served when they had not even started her transaction. Then rather than solely assist this woman, she also got the younger girls to go and fetch the items from around the store or from out the back rather than going and doing it herself.
