Jade was honestly amazing. Super professional, worked hard, and stayed really focused the whole time. I visited the carindale store on Tuesday to buy a gift for my friends newborn, the lady who served me was so lovely and went above and beyond to even gift wrap my purchase for me. Thank you SO much Jade for helping a woman with no children choose the best Necessities 🤣 i really had no idea.
Just wanted to share my amazing experience I had today at Seed with Amber. She was extremely helpful and attentive. I love walking into a store and having immediate help from the staff. Will be recommending this particular store to everyone and will be going back! Thanks girls !!!!
Poor service. They hanged my call several times when I called to the stockage of a dress.
I took a pair of slides into the Carindale store that had blown out the sides. The Manager was so helpful and no questions asked she replaced them for me. I wasn't sure if they could do anything with them, but as she said they were clearly a faulty pair. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service ❤️ Cheers Jenny
