I shopped here yesterday to buy a mini dish and to my disappointment when I opened it at home. There was nothing inside except cardboard. I tried countless times to call the store and not even the opportunity to leave a voice note just a lady saying “sorry no one is able to take your call goodbye” and hangs up. even head office no response. Today was the first time I’ve shopped at this store,was very busy but the customer service is amazing.Well done. I love your clothes and I will be wearing your brand because the quality is outstanding.
Very frustrating spending 20 mins in a store browsing and choosing multiple kids outfits today to spend hundreds of dollars and pay for the transaction for the technology to time out mid payment. The money has been taken from my account however there systems don’t show that it was paid for. After the women told me to wait for 2 minutes for it to magically pop back into my account… which it never did.
