I had a very frustrating experience regarding pricing transparency at this location. I attempted to purchase a dress from a sale rack that was explicitly marked for further reductions. However, at the register, I was told the price on the tag would not be honored because the item was a return from a different store. Took 2 months to sort my click and collect which they had in stock. I went in twice to try sort it and they didn't have the order and couldn't contact head office. Manage promised to personally email me after my 2nd visit and never did.
Manger here is lovely, went over and beyond to accommodate sourcing out a pair of pants for my daughter. Well done Seed Heritage!
No store credits at all, only exchanges on a sale item, such a joke! After years of loyalty, I won't touch this brand again
