I absolutely love alaa she is so sweet, welcoming and helpful me and my mum specifically come here just to see her and we have a great experience every time:)
I was able to find the baby size I was looking for. The staff was helpful, and I was able to shop quickly. Overall, it’s a nice store
By far some of the worst customer service ever, and I’ve gone to other Seed stores and had the best experience (Watergardens and Highpoint) so it was just really surprising. Team need a re-Training including Management. And why is it so hard sometimes to get help from staff.
Visited the store on Friday the 29th, was helped by Helna, was extremely helpful and gave us friendly service.didn’t make us feel rushed with a 3mth and a 2yr with us. Instead we ended up getting more than we wanted to buy. Well done Helna and thank you for your great customer service. Nowadays not easy to find when shopping in small shops. Not due to staff but due to shortage of staff.
