Every time I visit a Seed store, the shopping experience usually ranges from disappointing to just okay, but I’ve never really been impressed. However, my recent visit to Seed Chadstone completely changed that. Vali provided outstanding service from the moment I walked in until I left. She was genuinely friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. It made such a difference and turned my whole experience around. Thank you Vali for the exceptional customer service!
Really disappointing experience. I’ve visited this store multiple times and while the service has never stood out, today was the first time it was genuinely unacceptable. I was shopping in the kids section and approached a staff member for assistance with sizing which I then later assumed she was the kids manager. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Seed Chadstone store yesterday (Saturday November 15th). As a long-time customer, it was upsetting to witness such unequal treatment from the staff. While I was only a short distance away, I saw a staff member in a blue dress warmly greet an older white customer at the front of the store. I was looking for a gift for a little baby girl. I went into country Road and didn’t feel the vibe for the employee as I was a male. Then I decided to go to seed And I was served by a young girl Ive She was wonderful. Top class service spent over $400. These type of staff are priceless.
I just wanted to say a big thank to Lauren for the wonderful service at the Seed store yesterday . She was so helpful and patient, and really made the shopping experience a pleasure. I appreciate her warm attitude and the way she went out of her way to assist me — it truly made a difference with great customer service.
