I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Seed Chadstone store yesterday (Saturday November 15th). As a long-time customer, it was upsetting to witness such unequal treatment from the staff. While I was only a short distance away, I saw a staff member in a blue dress warmly greet an older white customer at the front of the store. I was looking for a gift for a little baby girl. I went into country Road and didn’t feel the vibe for the employee as I was a male. Then I decided to go to seed And I was served by a young girl Ive She was wonderful. Top class service spent over $400. These type of staff are priceless.
I just wanted to say a big thank to Lauren for the wonderful service at the Seed store yesterday . She was so helpful and patient, and really made the shopping experience a pleasure. I appreciate her warm attitude and the way she went out of her way to assist me — it truly made a difference with great customer service.
