We rented a jeep from **** and ***** in May 2023. Paid in advance $1800 in Feb 2023. In July 2023 he charged our credit card $7442.50 and again in April 2024 for $4351.00 Contacted **** and he said that he processed a refund. Refund was never processed and then he ghosted me. I have filed a police report with the **************************

My wife and I were in ** on July 22, 2023 to rent a jeep. **** ****** does not know how to run an honest company. He stole money from ** and refuses to return our phone calls. The rental jeep never made it to the location. We had to find an honest business and rent from them. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON THEY ARE A SCAM..

I give this company 0 star rating. I made arrangements and paid online on 10/2/23 for a full day Jeep Rubicon rental for 10/3/23. The contract agreement stated that Sedona Rent-A-Jeep, LLC would deliver the jeep to me on 10/3/23 at 10am. I called the rental company on 10/2 (and emailed) asking specific questions about their services. The rental company never returned my calm nor replied to my emails. Renter beware. Communication with this company is extremely difficult and mostly non existent. 4 months after our rental the company charged the credit card we used for the rental an additional ******** with out explanation. They have not returned phone calls or emails after several attempts. This was not approved nor was it communicated in any way.

They cancelled our reservation at 7am on the day of pickup citing mechanical issues with the car. I understand that these things are out of their control and **** happens sometimes. They promptly refunded the amount which was the minimum I was expecting. However they didn't offer any compensation or help in finding an alternate rental - ironic cos they charge a $100 cancellation fee. It was Easter weekend in Sedona and thier competitors were out of rentals.

Im an experienced jeep driving Provided a jeep that was not functional. We were left stranded 1 mile into the trail. Took 2 hours to hike out because the hikes off the jeep trail were extreme. They now want to charge me $5,000 for repairs that I did not cause. The body of the jeep was damage free. They gave me a bad jeep. And want me to pay for it. Terrible!!!! Do not rent from this company.
