Please be cautious if you’re considering renting here. What once felt like a safe, resident‑focused community has declined under the new management, 'amenities' advertised as 'gated community' specifically the gates have been unreliable. They have new management and that being said it’s going downhill. Is supposed to be a secure place for seniors. The security gates have been broken for over 2 months. Inexcusable. They went up on rent but have not done nothing.There has been no maintenance crew to take care of just basic repairs. The front office is like a ghost town.

We have lived here almost 4 years and love it. The staff here is great we have a lot of fun with all our trips and activities. We have made friends here that like to do same activities. Most people here are nice and friendly.

Sedona Place once was a lovely, friendly and exceptional place to live! It was home and everyone was family. But a new management team took over this summer and things have gone downhill. No maintenance on site, part time front desk and management. Somedays - no one is aroung during office hours. They raised our rents and lowered amenities. Staff doesn't seem to know what is going on and there is minimum communications from them. You ask a question and they say I'll have to get back to you. So sad!!!!

I toured twice within 2 weeks and was really impressed and excited about the property. Was never asked to complete an application and communication was not the best but I think they were all new employees still in training. I went ahead and renewed the lease where I am currently living but when my lease is up again I will definitely see how things are going at Sedona ... I really like the property.
