I stopped by for a drink after a hot tour around town and January offered me a sample of their Butterfly Elixir - SO GOOD!!! While sipping on it, I got to explore the rest of the space and learned about all they offer: Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Aura readings, chakra alignment, classes, workshops and more! The gift shop is really special, too. Peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Genuinely friendly and kind staff.
Been going for over 25 years, one of the peak experiences of my life happened here with meditation & yoga is always so fantastic! Highly recommend when in town
It was at this place that I was introduced to Body & Brain and I have completely changed my life since! The Masters and Instructors sincerely care your growth and will do everything they can to help if you are willing. This is a great place to grow physically and mentally while also having fun!
