Very knowledgeable. Relaxing experience. My dog enjoyed the salt room and took a peaceful nap.
2nd visit back for the salt and sound and I was nervous that it wasn’t going to live up to my first experience…..totally did, and it’s such an amazing gift of relaxation and calm that was much needed! Thanks to Gigi, once again!
Best massage of my life! Although not a “posh” spa it’s very zen and so cute! Robert was my masseuse and he used just the right pressure and really listened to me when I said the spots to focus on. My husband had Amy as his masseuse and he said the same thing. I’ve never had anyone work so diligently to ease my knots and yet I’m not sore even hours after my appt. Do not go to this spa. They are extremely unprofessional and not accommodating at all. Poor customer service and horrible communication. Also very misleading information on their website. Separately the employee texted me day of saying they switched my appointment to a male and I told them this was against my religion so I would need to cancel and they said they did not care and would not give me a refund for their change up. Worst experience ever with a place that is suppose to be serene
I really enjoyed treatment at Sedona Infinity Spa. Allison is an outstanding massage therapist. Kudos to Sedona Infinity Spa!!!
