Best experience I ever had renting a car last minute. Adam was so kind, I called him Monday afternoon and he came and picked me up the next morning with a car. He gave great advice on restaurants and hiking trails. 5 stars is not enough!
Stay away! We drove off the lot with a recent rental and once we flipped the visor down it broke. We pointed this out when we returned it (mid May '26) and we’re been going back and forth with them for weeks with them wanting $600. A dispute is one thing and it happens, but their way of handling it has been unprofessional and speaks volumes of them as a company. Many better spots to rent from.
My sister and I decided to rent a car as we were staying nearby. Every single person we met who worked at the airport was lovely and could not have been more friendly, until we got to the car rental desk. These 2 are so cantankerous and unhelpful. Rented us a stinky Nissan in dire need of service. It was filthy, we had to buy items to clean it inside as it was gross. My car was in the shop undergoing repairs and Sedona Car Rental rented me a car during this time. Adam and Joe were very good to work with and provided everything I needed. Highly recommend this locally owned and operated car rental company
TLDR; if you value your time, and prefer excellent service, this is the rental agency for you. After our Turo rental from phoenix broke down and was towed, and the local Enterprise had us waiting for hours only to find out they were overbooked and couldn’t help us, we found this gem. Spoke to Adam on the phone and ultimately ended up going online to reserve a car.
