My car was in the shop undergoing repairs and Sedona Car Rental rented me a car during this time. Adam and Joe were very good to work with and provided everything I needed. Highly recommend this locally owned and operated car rental company

TLDR; if you value your time, and prefer excellent service, this is the rental agency for you. After our Turo rental from phoenix broke down and was towed, and the local Enterprise had us waiting for hours only to find out they were overbooked and couldn’t help us, we found this gem. Spoke to Adam on the phone and ultimately ended up going online to reserve a car. Joe really helped us out when our vehicle broke down by the airport. He thankfully answered the call after hours and was able to get us a car for overnight.

Unbelievable! My daughter and I flew into Sedona just as everything was closing late last night having never been to that airport before just to find out the restaurant in the middle of nowhere that we intended to eat at was PACKED. The airport personnel helped us get connected with Adam --who was already off the clock-- so we weren't stranded. I've had the best customer service with this company, particularly, Joe. He's super friendly and I feel like family when I'm there. I rent cars two to three times a week and always feel very taken care of. Definitely would recommend renting from here when in Sedona.
