Now this is a company you will would want to work with!!! I don’t typically write reviews but this company deserves it. First of all, the customer service is out of this world. They respond almost immediately and wouldn’t make one wait for days to get a response. Second, they DO NOT rip you off. Everything they do is with proper care and service and they are not just here to take your money. The best in the business! I had a soft water installed in my home 3+ years ago along with a 6 step water filtration drinking water setup . A tech came out to change my water filters the other day and to my surprise the filters were still clean. Tech said if I didn’t have the soft water setup then the filter wouldn’t last more than a year! I’m glad I did it! Thank you Sedna for taking care of me!
I purchased the water softener a little over two years ago Was a great purchase very happy with the unit and the service I noticed last week the water tasted a little different from when we set it up so I called the night before and had a technician the next morning came out changed all the filters reset the water back to where we started ,very simple process. I set up an appointment with Sedna because it's been a year and a half since my filters got replaced. The technician they sent was very professional and gave great service. I know I can get filters myself but I value the service, knowledge, and professionalism provided by Sedna. Our water is brand new again!
Linda was amazing!! Great personality and very knowledgeable about the products she sells. You can tell when a person believes in what they are selling and with her as a representative, it says a lot about the company. We love our water system as it has made a real difference!
