I purchased the water softener a little over two years ago Was a great purchase very happy with the unit and the service I noticed last week the water tasted a little different from when we set it up so I called the night before and had a technician the next morning came out changed all the filters reset the water back to where we started ,very simple process. The best in the business! I had a soft water installed in my home 3+ years ago along with a 6 step water filtration drinking water setup . A tech came out to change my water filters the other day and to my surprise the filters were still clean. Tech said if I didn’t have the soft water setup then the filter wouldn’t last more than a year! I’m glad I did it! Thank you Sedna for taking care of me!
