Five days in and I can already see and feel the difference! My hair is softer, my skin feels smoother, and I didn’t realize how much hard water was affecting us until now. We had our system installed a few days ago, Juan made sure to answer all our questions and was very informative. When the team came to install the system, they explained we didn’t have a regulator which is needed to ensure that we don’t have any issues with our water pressure and they installed it for us free of charge!! They made sure we were satisfied with the installation before leaving. They were respectful and professional. Overall, we had a great experience!
Do not trust Sedna Water Co with your home. They installed a water softener system in my brand-new build, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. The original install was done improperly, causing heavy leaks behind the walls every time the unit ran its automatic cycle.
