We have purchased from Sedlak for all of our house. Service is amazing. Quality is top notch. If you want top quality furniture I highly recommend.
Visited the showroom today with my husband and baby who was sleeping in a stroller. We were greeted at the front door. Once inside one of the rooms I was rudely chased out by a saleswoman because "no strollers allowed" because "the rooms are too crowded". There was someone in a wheelchair able to move around the room, so accessibility wasn't an issue. Why we were not told this upon entry I am unsure. In the age of Wayfair and online shopping, it is so nice to actually deal with a very kind and helpful salesperson. Brian in particular has been so helpful and they've really worked with me to schedule furniture delivery around my home renovation. I highly recommend this great store.
Buyer beware.. if you choose to order furniture in a fabric that is displayed in leather on the floor, chances are it will not look or have the same comfort as the sample in the store. I have experienced this twice ( 2 different stores)... I wish this was explained to me when I ordered.
It's a shame that a local business owner has no interest in standing behind the products that they retail,and I mean RETAIL, very high markups as compared to other stores in the area. They do not even attempt to hold the manufacturer of their furniture accountable for second rate quality and defects. Steer clear of this gouge artist of a business owner. I furnished my entire home at this store. My immediate family will need extensive furniture replacement as two new homes will need furniture. I will drive out of state before... read more
