The first time I called I was told they would push my claim through so it would be gotten to faster. After a month of nothing happening, I called again and this time the lady servicing me was very helpful and even appalled that it had taken them so long to get to my claim. She did her absolute best to get it seen by someone; called my claim manager, then got in touch with supervisors when the claim manager didn't respond, all with me on the line so I knew she was actually doing it.
