Sedgwick were excellent to deal with throughout the claim process. They were fair, honest, transparent and very responsive. We have been waiting for 6 weeks so far after the incident, our claim still has not been progressed. I didn't know what's holding up the claim but then after reading all the reviews, it all made sense.
This is a horrible company, do not accept of your insurance company offers them to do your scope. Pay for someone who is independent. These guys are not. They tell you one thing in person and then the insurance company tells them what they want on the scope. This happened to me on 2 different occasions now. Avoid at all cost! Disappointed that this is allowed to happen, the whole insurance industry is rigged and these guys are a big part of that
Andrew will give any excuse to drag the claim out! Avoid at all cost. They don't deserve 1 star! Utterly hopeless!
