Sedgwick were excellent to deal with throughout the claim process. They were fair, honest, transparent and very responsive. Every time I spoke with the team, they handled matters promptly, kept me updated, and made a very stressful situation much easier to manage. We have been waiting for 6 weeks so far after the incident, our claim still has not been progressed. I didn't know what's holding up the claim but then after reading all the reviews, it all made sense.
This is a horrible company, do not accept of your insurance company offers them to do your scope. Pay for someone who is independent. These guys are not. They tell you one thing in person and then the insurance company tells them what they want on the scope. This happened to me on 2 different occasions now. Avoid at all cost! Disappointed that this is allowed to happen, the whole insurance industry is rigged and these guys are a big part of that
Andrew will give any excuse to drag the claim out! Avoid at all cost. They don't deserve 1 star! Utterly hopeless!
I've seen all the bad reviews for Sedgwick but I recently had to deal with this company for an insurance claim, at first there service was really bad, I had two people that I found very rude by the name of Felix, he was snappy and showed absolutely no compassion to my situation which was no fault of my own due to a massive storm on xmas day.
