Never again! This whole company is a joke. Like others, I was urged into accepting the loan during a used car purchase. I was given no information about the lender, I had to find out myself what my own member number was, I had to set up my address, contact information with them, and when I went to make the first payment, my debit card was scammed on the same day. If I could give the telephone support less than 0 stars meaning a NEGATIVE review I would. I'm not even a customer and I was hesitant due to the reviews online. BUT NOW I KNOW these people aren't lying regarding their service. BELIEVE THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS it will save you time with this company, JUST HORRIBLE!!!!! If i could give 0 stars to their customer service department it will still be too high… the worse service ever, almost 2 hours on the phone and 3 agents to simply get account number or password reset, or simply make monthly payment! I will never or recommend this bank.
