Kind patient very helpful
Horrible customer service. Transfers from other sources takes forever to get into the account. They’re so quick to overdraft the accounts. Don’t even get a chance to pay the bill. It seems like they get all their money from $30 OD fees. Very unprofessional on the phone. Barely any branches in the area. Overall horrible banking establishment. I will be taking all my money and funds out because all they do is wait for OD fees. I highly don’t recommend security plus. Go with another credit union, this one isn’t worth it!
Never again! This whole company is a joke. Like others, I was urged into accepting the loan during a used car purchase. I was given no information about the lender, I had to find out myself what my own member number was, I had to set up my address, contact information with them, and when I went to make the first payment, my debit card was scammed on the same day.
