Terrible place to work. All the Executives that were hired are all white except one and they married to a white. We get treated as we are beneath them and their ideology. If you don't fall in line, they create reasons to fire you. The IT boss was sexually harassing a co-worker and she notified HR and the Board for nothing to get done.
