Julie velasco has wasted weeks of my time and thousands of dollars. Shes a terrible loan officer and would not recommend this place to anybody. Her communication is totally diminished and will often not get back to your till 4 days later or just not even respond to your messages or calls. Trust me when i tell you do not go through with this company they will steal your time and money
Dealt with J. Velasco. Terrible customer service. Took her more than a week to get back with me, compromising an important financial move. Either in over her head or remarkably terrible time management. Either way, not a good business chooce!!
