Bryce the loan officer at this branch is not very helpful or customer oriented. He was condescending to my husband when he applied for a small loan and didn't bother to call us regarding the loan and instead had his admin do it for him. I would not recommend him for a loan in the future.

I've had a account with them for over 4 yrs. I went to go deposit a check from my husband's bank and they said they had to put a 7 day hold on the check. I asked if there was something they could do faster. Branch manager said he called my husband's bank and the funds were insufficient. I called my husband's bank and they said funds were there. So I went and woke my husband (he works nights) and he went to the bank with me. I thought maybe they called the wrong number or bank so I gave them number of the bank and options to ... read more
