I love my bank in Kingsland. All the employees who have waited on me have been respectful, are very competent and friendly. I haven't had one negative transaction with them. I have had very negative experiences with big banks (chase , BOA, etc.) . I have been their customer for 8 yrs. And they are wonderful to me. I am not a person with a million just an average person . Thank you security state bank in kingsland. You are the best!
THIS IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT BANK IN THE NATION!!!!!! I have never had more problems and more headaches with a group of individuals than I did here Somehow it’s IMPOSSIBLE for them to cash a check for $650 at the counter BUT I could deposit that check and then “drive to our ATM and withdraw it” They REFUSED to hand me $650 at the counter But I could deposit that $650 walk to the ATM and DRAIN MY ACCOUNT…
Staff is very friendly and efficient.
