Love the folks but lobby hours hours require I miss work to take care of lobby business.
I moved to state bank an trust due to Kerrville no longer having a Bank of America we have 8months now with them and I'm going to look for a new bank! Someone did a $500 fraud on my business card an I put in a claim to get my money bank and state bank am trust calls me 5 days later to tell me they can't give me my money back. Smh BANK OF AMERICA always gave us our money back when we had fraud in our account an it was plenty of times. I feel like they just don't care to fight for the customers money. Yeah don't get this bank!
Poor service, definitely need to work on those lobby hours.
