I received a notification in the mail that they were going to cancel my ATM card for lack of use!!! GRANTED I don’t use it that often but every time I go into the branch in Lago Vista I present my card which I have done several times this month alone! (And I Quite we don’t swipe the card so that doesn’t count as a transaction) well, if that’s not a transaction, what is! Worst bank ever!!! Christina is the best!!!! I was very anxious about the process and we were building a home in the middle of all the rate changes & the market was crazy. Christina made everything SO easy and it was the most worry free part of the building process. I dont think she ever missed any of my calls and i called a lot haha. Tyson was really amazing also!
