Do not use this bank for loans. My husband and I used them for a land loan- and made payments over double the amount that was owed each month. They put the extra amount toward the interest, instead if principal, without ever asking us! This is shady practice and has caused us to pay thousands over what our initial balance was. Will not use them in the future.

I received a notification in the mail that they were going to cancel my ATM card for lack of use!!! GRANTED I don’t use it that often but every time I go into the branch in Lago Vista I present my card which I have done several times this month alone! (And I Quite we don’t swipe the card so that doesn’t count as a transaction) well, if that’s not a transaction, what is! Worst bank ever!!!
