Customer service experience was great. Julie G went above and beyond to help me out and solved all the problems I had. She was very helpful and polite. This is my new favorite branch.
My wife and I have had a great experience with the New Braunfels SSB office as well as with Christina Hobson who works in the Marble Falls SSB branch office. We have been working with SSB for about four years. Our first positive experience was with a land loan from SS B for a lot on Lake Travis that we intended to build on but subsequently sold. I attempted to close on an SBA loan with Security State Bank & trust, their closer Kelly Broussard made the entire process impossible. Although I was approved for a million dollar SBA loan the bank themselves would not listen to their own legal department, making the whole 10-month process a nightmare. I do not recommend Security State Bank & Trust for your Lending needs.
