Each teller needs to be Educated on Respecting customers and not have such an ugly attitude. The worst one is JACKIE till this day she rolls her eyes, makes me VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE I highly recommend going to the Kingsland location. They greet you & make you feel welcomed. Its worth the drive . I'm just grateful that I am not a Member of this bank. I deal with them because my landlord banks there.
We owe the whole crew our thanks, especially our mortgage officer, Christina Hopson.
