Cannot get my medication for some reason they don't have it. but the other H-E-B do have it . but they won't help you because you're not from their store. What's going on? ....I think it's a 1 star...
I love my bank. I've known most of the ladies that work there for several years. I was banking with Medina Valley State Bank before it changed to Security State Bank. The only bank I've dealt with since I started back in the 80's. That has to tell you something.
Update again The app has been working great for a long time, only been locked out of online access once in the past year or so, which was my own fault, (new phone drama) but they restored access and I haven't been locked out since. I have greatly appreciated retaining account access, it is key feature for me Update So far much better, they said the app has been updated and it hasn't locked me out in quite awhile, and supposedly if it does lock me out, it should be able to unlock it myself from the website, instead of calling... read more
