Someone created an account under my name fraudulently but the team was smart enough to catch it and not allow the account to be opened. Customer service answers the phone immediately and fraud team was super helpful. Maybe I should bank there, lol! Recommend them.
Cannot get my medication for some reason they don't have it. but the other H-E-B do have it . but they won't help you because you're not from their store. What's going on? ....I think it's a 1 star...
I love my bank. I've known most of the ladies that work there for several years. I was banking with Medina Valley State Bank before it changed to Security State Bank. The only bank I've dealt with since I started back in the 80's. That has to tell you something.
