If I could give one star I definitely would. I sent money to a loved one via a wire transfer. The money was taken out of my account, but never received by my loved one. Security State Bank in Hammon was very not helpful in filing any kind of disputes. Not sure if it is because it is in a small town, but my bank requested them to do a "credit not received" dispute and they refused stating that it was not a thing. It, however, definitely IS a thing. 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Went to Security bank to cash a check my ex wrote me and the banker lied and told me that it was insufficient funds. I go to my ex bank and cash this same check with no issues. This isn't the first time they've done this. My ex being Caucasian and me being African American i feel it's a Race issue. Because why else would they tell me a LIE! Not to mention whatever happened at this bank shouldn't be held against all AA. Even though they think we all look alike... I closed my account as well. News 4 IN YOUR CORNER!
