While this location is larger and newer than the SSFCU locations that I typically visit, it's been the least impressive with its "speed" and quality of service in the lobby.
Love having the New Braunfels Creekside branch and most especially love Laura. She always greets me with a smile, handles all of my notary needs with utmost efficiency, and provides information on services that may be beneficial to me that I didn't know about. If I'm having a bad day going in, Laura makes sure my day is better upon leaving.
Worked with Benjamin Calta at the New Braunfels Creekside branch this morning. Ben is very knowledgeable, extremely polite and professional. Made my experience a great one!
