I have a SSFCU savings account but yesterday I needed a cashiers check from funds from another one of my bank's checking account. The issue was that other bank was in San Antonio and I didn't want to drive all the way there to get that cashiers check and back to New Braunfels. Zac to the rescue! Cameron and Laura helped us get our accounts set up today. Both were very personable and it was fun to interact with them. Cameron took lots of time to explain everything in detail and took time to understand our needs. He helped us find the best account for us. He was very patient, even after we were part way through signing and changed our minds on something which meant he had to cancel and start the forms again. We look forward to getting to know the staff as we become regulars.
My fiancé and I met with Rachel Terzado on Saturday 7.18 for a personal loan meeting. Rachel walked my Fiancé and I through the entire process, answered any questions we had and genuinely made the whole experience easy to understand and as quick and painless as it could be. Laura provided great customer service. Very knowledgeable regarding ssfcu credit cards and Very friendly. I also had a chance to interact with Jack and Christian they were very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I highly recommend this branch.
