After a frustrating week of my previous online bank rejecting a check deposit with no resolution in sight, I decided to walk into Security Service and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I came in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had already set up an appointment with Zack the day before, and he was fantastic. We came in to open a business checking and savings account in the holdings trust name. Brought everything they needed, our trust certification, EIN letter, even a memo laying out the Texas statutes that back our structure, a trust as a grantor, which this local branch never seen or heard of. The day I walked in, the rep at the front desk took copies of the holdings trust cert & EIN letter, he presented them to branch manager Dorian Williams who said to send the docs up to legal, that it would take 7-10 work days to review!? ... read more
