I have always had a good experience with this branch. When I went in To do a reconstruction of a loan that i had I was Impressed by Kari That came down to help them out for a week was very Professional and respectful. She was willing to walk me through the process and was going to show me all the options I could have done and What would be the best for me.
I recently opened an estate account at this branch and have been extremely satisfied with the exceptional service provided by Mataya. She has consistently gone above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made what could have been a complicated experience much easier. I truly appreciate her support and dedication—thank you, Mataya!
Recently my sister’s husband passed away, and I have been helping her sort out some difficult financial problems. Together we found the staff to be most knowledgeable and helpful in working through this difficult situation, especially since I live in another state and it is very important that we have someone we trust and communicate with, to help my sister locally. . I would be a member of the SSFCU if it was available in my state.
