I met with Alyssa Castillo to open some Certificates of Deposit. Alyssa was extremely helpful and thorough. She reviewed my accounts and identified some important missing information I thought had been included. She was able to remedy the issue I didn’t realize I had if not for her review. She also took the time to explain terms of my Money Market plus account that I was unaware of. I really appreciated her professionalism and thorough review.
The drive up atm gave me a hard time depositing cash. Best to go inside. 3 attempts to deposit cash in one sitting is ridiculous.
Alexis Strait went above and beyond my expectations. She provides excellent customer service and answered all my questions and very knowledgeable.
