Brought my little brother to open a checking/savings account. Rosalie helped us out and she was real diligent with everything and made sure my younger brother knew exactly what he was doing. She definitely needs a raise for all the good work she does.

Drive thru ATM’s need attention!!! Yesterday I tried to withdraw money the machine froze wasn’t able to get the card out I had to let the people inside the bank know then I was able to remove my card my transaction processed but the machine never dispensed my cash even though the money was taken out of my account. So I had to do a dispute and now I have to wait 10 days for the dispute to get resolved and for someone attend the atm to count the money inside to verify that I didn’t receive my money then the bank can put my mon... read more
