First time going to going to a credit union, and I received wonderful service from a Mrs. Rosalie Valero. Professional, well-spoken, polite, and friendly, she clearly explained in detail throughout. At the same time, she was open and attentive to any questions I had, kindly going over details once over when I didn't fully understand something, and asking if anything needed further explanation.
